This is a texture pack i've been working on for a while, this is the first texture pack i've ever made for any game ever, so this is truely a first attempt, i would like to know what you think and any suggestions you may have, so please feel free to download and comment.

I guess i should also tell a few of the other changes that i've made, redstone is now greenstone, i've changed all the tools so a sword looks like a spiked club, shovels are now flat tip shovels, pickaxes are one sided with a flat hammer back side to make it like a normal pickaxe, axes are now double sided, and hoes now look like tillers to till the dirt with
UPDATE**
1. I fixed the tree trunk texture and a couple other things
2. changed lapis, gold, iron, and diamond block textures and fixed diamond and gold hoe's colors
3. No longer hearts, armor, and bubbles for stats, now you have a health bar, armor bar, and air bar as indicators
4. Updated to the 1.6.6 layout so it is now compatible for the latest version of minecraft
Overall it seems to be a great pack for your first one, I am not a big fan of the armor (it makes me feel like a super hero) but It's a great pack.
haha yeah i know it kinda does, but i wanted to change as much as i could so unless you give me another idea to change it, it's gonna stay looking that way for now
a LOT doesn't tile, like the wood, sand, i haven't looked quite close in it but it's good for a first pack, it's your first pack, right? well then... uhmh... have a tiling block of and 425 :biggrin.gif:
If by tile you mean you can't tell one block from the next, i wanted it that way to make things run together a little more, makes the environment smoother while keeping it low res, so you use wood and it looks like hard wood paneling or flooring, and sand in large ammounts looks like it has waves in it from the wind

Blue? All i see in the leaves of the trees are different shades of red orange and yellow, unless you mean the sky backdrop when you look at them, and they are meant to look like the leaves are dying or dead, so i can't really help you there
Alright not many people use this pack that i know of, and not many comments on it either but i decided to change the armor and health and bubbles to bars instead of pictures just to see if anyone likes it, i can always change it back. so please comment on your thoughts and opinions of this pack.

Darker grass and trees
White cows!
Darker and more textured sand
Smoother stone and a new look to cobblestone
Diamond plated iron blocks
Shinier and more textured gold blocks
Smooth but more textured lapis blocks
Artistic diamond blocks
