Hi guys! I have used texture packs for quite a while now, but starting today, texture packs will just not work for me! I tried to play around with some new texture packs, but when I press the "Mods and Texture Packs" button on the main screen, the game froze! Also, before you tell me to use Xau's HD Patcher, I can't. My Minecraft gets stuck on the Mojang screen after I use it. Any help?
Only thing I can think of is deleting your bin folder, taking all packs out of the texture pack folder, and starting fresh. How many packs do you currently have in the folder?

Well..I've seen it start again where the tex pack makers get too far ahead of themselves, breaking their packs into more than one pack and putting it all in one zip (which is fine until you forget that most aren't aware of it). So make sure the the files in the tex pack are in the right order.

edit: do me a favor... run minecraft with the test minecraft button on the patcher. when it crashes check the log on the patcher. copy and paste it all here by using the code button and pasting it between the that comes up
