1. Go to run and type in %appdata%.
2. Click on Minecraft and open Bin.
3. Open Minecraft.jar and then opend gui.
4. Drag and drop the .png pictures into it.
5. Delete META-INF.
6. Enjoy the mod!
This isn't a mod. It's a very small bit of a texture pack. Also, why would you upload it in a .jar?
Jamioflan is correct - this is part of a texturepack and is not a mod. Sure, you could classify it as a 'modifacation', however it's more related to a texturepack. I'd suggest asking a moderator to lock, delete or move this to the texturepack section.
If you're into pixel art, you could start your own texturepack - however mods on this part of the forum usualy include scripting using java or something.
EDIT: Also, I suggest you always include pictures when you upload something. :wink.gif:
Hello, just to tell you this isn't a mod it's a texture but it would be a good texture pack for people who like simple textures. I think that you should make it into a texture pack! To do that you need to put the gui folder in your "mod" into a compressed/zipped folder. Then when you put it into your texture pack folder it would make the item bar be like that! I think you should do this. I would download it!
