INTRODUCTION
I've had this idea in my head for awhile now and decided to make it.
It's a My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Texture Pack, based off the popular series of the same name.This is a texture pack using colors, designs, and symbols from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
I plan on making a full texture pack for this, and I'll add onto it day by day.
I used a Legend of Zelda texture pack for the files to edit. The items not listed under the Version Files Section are from that pack, but all will eventually be edited.
WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD A NEW VERSION OF THIS TEXTURE PACK, PLEASE DELETE THE OLD ONE!
This just seems like common sense, it's easier than replacing just the files that were changed. You don't have to delete it from your computer, just replace the old version with the new one.

I do not own MLP:FIM, nor did I have authorization from the owner(s) of it to do this, this is a fan-made product.
One of my friends also told me of a FIM texture pack that used cutie marks for the ores, but I couldn't find it for the life of me. I did not steal the textures from it, these were all made by hand.
All the cutie marks were taken from actual pictures from the show.

1.5 Is Getting Changed!

Okay, this is weird. I don't know what curse is, but I really don't like it. It won't let me change the title of this thread, which is going to make updates a PAIN.
Anyways, finally out of school, and I just got the news that Minecraft updated to 1.6. I'm going to work on the new stuff from MC 1.6 and do that as a release, as stated earlier, I want all of the mobs to be one update, that's why it's taking so long. Also, in 1.5, I have fixed little things that you may not notice, but it will make it look a lot better.
SO anyways, look for 1.5 in the next day or two.

Currently working on the Items and Textures (stone, wool, etc.)
Seeing as how there are quite a few items to edit, and not a whole lot of time to do them, it should be out in a day or two.
Also thinking of lightening the color of the coal, it just seems a bit hard to see the quantity number on it, maybe it's just the outline, whatever it is, it will be fixed.
Also, the mobs will be released with 1.5, or maybe even spaced out between 1.5 and 1.6
As I said, not a lot of time to work on it, I'm a college student, and finals are coming in about a week, but I haven't forgotten about you guys!
Also, as stated in an earlier post, I am implementing Rainbow Dash's and Pinkie Pie's cutie marks with 1.4, and so far, they look GREAT.
Also, if any one has any suggestions, I'm open to them!
If there is also something in the Texture Pack that isn't working or doesn't look right, feel free to let me know!

No offense taken, and I'm sorry that you feel that way. It's a great thing, really. It's VERY well written, the animation and attention to detail is OUTSTANDING, and it teaches great values in a fun, lighthearted way.

Sorry but the problem i have with the series is that its ahem, "my little ponies". Meh i might just go watch it sometime.
But lets get on topic shall we? The textures are looking great so far.
But if you have a problem with it, then don't watch it, no one is forcing you too.

Just the GUI, think that I might have missed something, if you find out what it is, post back. I think it might be the container for chests and stuff. If it is, it will be released with 1.3, as well as the iron ingot fix. 1.3 should be out tomorrow.

EDIT: Mmmh.. I just noticed.. Where is rainbow dash cutie mark??
When I did the ores as cutie marks, I tried to match up the general color of the default ore with a cutie marks that somewhat resembles it.
Rainbow Dash's mark is going to be in the weapons update, and Pinkie's is going to be in the items, along with some others. Those two will take the longest, seeing as how there are TONS to edit, but I will get it out as fast as I can.
