Why not an AeroCraft? just make jets to fly and rockets to luanch in home defense. the jets are made with , , in a [] design and have rockets made of / etc. in a [] design

a foundry must be made to smelt the items together. Making this fills the craft table with furnaces. Luanching items takes a luanch pad that is made by an upside-down T with only :Iron:. You can smelt into 8 fuel. foundry takes 2*2*2 space but looks like a giant furnace. NOTE: is enterd in fuel in the foundry. once jet/rocket/pad/fuel enters water it will not work. furnace has the 3*3 design of a . This is only an incomplete part, the rest is up to you.
That would be a mod, and mods need extensive coding. Please post in the mods suggestion forum.

Back on topic:A long time ago,I remember someone suggested to make a texture pack that makes it so that the world is made of crystals and crystal-based life.Diamonds could be retextured to be the only metals on the crystal planet and iron could be like emeralds or something.Coal could be a strange radioactive fossil of crystal-creepers that is combustible and gold could be a shiny yet tough(for moss) kind of moss that grows over the glass-like crystal that replaces stone.Mossy cobblestone could be cobblecrystal with little white tentacles growing out of it.
I think that it would be best if it was 32x32,because IMO anything higher looks pretty crappy.
