If you know how to cut and paste in photoshop, paint.net or gimp, just copy the topgrass texture (in the upper left corner of the terrain.png) onto the tile where the sidegrass texture goes.
It's THAT simple, and you can do it with any pack.

Well, that's kind of compicated to answer. The base texture pack is Misa's, and that's where the grass textures (and the alternate cobble on the railway) come from in that picture. The grasscolor.png is from the MeineKraft packs - not sure if that's its original source or not.
Basically, I've taken all of my favorite things from so many packs and made a pack for my own personal use. I've got elements from Misa, Creative_One, MeineKraft, Soartex, T42, Sanguine, Amethyst and probably a few others. I'd never presume to share that work without permission (and proper credit, which may be difficult since I've been modifying my pack since before 1.3) but it's not hard to paste together a pack like I did.
