xau's HD Patcher is now outdated, and is confirmed to CRASH your client when you place a block. Therefore, everyone that wishes to use a texture pack should use this HD Patcher. viewtopic.php?f=1021&t=252531

This is just a heads-up in case you haven't noticed. This is only needed for MC version 1.5 and above.
