Generally it's frowned upon to just use the Painterly Customiser and post it here, people don't take too kindly to it.
You'll probably get a bunch of people in here calling you an idiot in a minute, but don't mind them, just try to start making your own textures if you want to make a pack.

Gee, I'm totally going to trust a random guy on a forum's mediafire link for a texture pack where he hasn't provided any proof that it even exists and actually gave the wrong installation instructions, not to mention not specifying the size, quality or style of it.
