Try using a different browser. I got the "infinite redirection" error with Chrome as well, but when I tried it with Internet Explorer (10, I think) it worked fine.
for which version is this? I want to use this pack for the assassin's creep map and I am playing on 1.7.10 but the pack doesn't show up in the selection thingy.
