Ah! I haven't used this TP for a long time. With AC3 coming out I'll be hard pressed not to use this for at least a short time in Minecraft so I can run around pretending to be a dangerous squirrel ready to kill all danger lol.
I'll do my best. I still haven't figured out how the new dyeable armor works yet.
The undyed armor has been hardcoded to be a shade of brown. Cloth_1/cloth_2.png have to be greyscaled so that the color isn't all fudged up (these two .pngs will be the textures that the dyes will be applied to).
Then you have a second set (cloth_1_b/cloth_2_b.png) that are overlaid atop cloth_1 and cloth_2 and this is where things can get fancy since the overlaid textures can be any color of the rainbow. They remain undyed.
Sorry if I'm not being clear. Just trying to help a bit
I am having a problem with the texture pack. it's the brick it has this wierd look to it i tried downloading the HD patch but everytime i click into it, it says that minecraft couldn't find it i hope you have a solution to my problem i would show you what the brick looks like but i don't know how to show a picture i looks like a mixture of the nether portal, the brick and fire
The closest you will ever get to Tekkit support is the WIP edition for the Enchanted pack. I am currently taking a hiatus, having covered about 80% of all machinery and blocks for Forestry - you are most welcome to join in to help, though.
I pre ordered AC III, so after playing it I'll hopefully be inspired to continue on my map (canon wise, story of the map must be a "possible" scenario in the AC universe. Yes' it's on Minecraft, but still...). Therefore, revitalizing my love for AC and using the command block and other futures from 1.4, (Anivl = fun awesomesause) should make further building on the custom map pretty darn fun again (I've taken a break due to school and being bored with the map (NEED INSPIRATION). so yeah...).
1. play AC III
2. update to MC 1.4
3. wait for your texture pack to update (Take your time and make it awesome, don't rush things)
4. build on my custom map like never before!!!
Started work on 1.4.2 this afternoon. I'm also thinking about updating/redoing the cobble and oak planks to bring them up to par with my other textures.
My god.
I wish I'd tried to use this ages ago.
This texturepack has finally filled the gap in my heart that's been there ever since Aegeon left over a year ago...
...I thought no one would ever create something that made me as happy as Drasavil did.
Landscape surrounding my new house:

Cleaner planks and cobble. So what do you guys think?
I sort of prefer the rougher look of the old version, but I think I'm in the minority based on the replies. Maybe a bit more definition (darker line?) between planks? sort of hard to tell where one ends and the next begins. Hard to describe though I'm not really an artist. So I take what I can get haha
i like all the new texture for stone and cobble and all that in the picture, except i kind of like the old rough planks better. Just my opinoin though.
if you can, can you make it a 64x texture pack i used it before then i started to use 64x and 128x texture packs but i still like yours so i was wondering if you can do that PLZ.
