I really like the new first page, looks so organized and just pleasing to eye
The design you got going on with the captions is very nice, I'm surprised you haven't used it on a banner. Like this
I'd totally use that. You should make one with the font you used.
You're just on a roll with the banners, aren't you? ^^
I'll definitely make one like that.
Found THIS guy. In the comments people asked for the texture pack (This pack) and he didn't give credit.
I used to go on a server and this guy was a friend. I quit for a while, and when I came back, they said he'd been banned for stealing, griefing, mod impersonation to gain items, and many more offences, so it's not just a one off.
Eh, that was 8 months ago (or so it looks), so it's kind of a moot point by now. But thanks for telling me.

He didn't give me credit for the Duomo either. And Steelfeathers did give me permission to bundle her pack with it if I made it clear where it came from and that any naff changes are my fault (if she remembers that ) though obviously that doesn't extend to him. that CLP character has a problem with the truth. My favorite bit is when he PMd me a month later to ask that I add him to the credits page on my project so he didn't get booted from the server he got on by claiming to have created my building. Just shameless. Glad he's banned now. I at least had some fun in the thread where I called him out http://www.reddit.co...duomo_but_some/
And thanks again for the awesome pack (plus allowing me to bundle my edited version). Just perfect for what I was trying to do.
Great texture pack! My favorite things are the bed, wood, glowstone, and redstone lamps. The one critique I have is that the dirt looks too orange and cobblestone-y. I love the weeds in the grass block, though.

Ouch. Sorry about that. Well, at least the truth eventually got out. And you're welcome.

It's supposed to look all dried out and cracked, like dirt gets in the summer. But to each his own tastes.
I love this pack it is excellent, but one thing, the items are still default ;(
Yup. Haven't gotten to that yet. I'll probably just end up transplanting the items from one of my other 32x packs into this one, excepts for some things like the reeds.
Quick question:
What is your plan for the mobs and villagers etc regarding skin changes/differences?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think it would be pretty awesome if you could give them random skins... This way all the villagers won't look the same. You could add "men" and "women" with several types of clothing etc. This, mixed with the differences between the villager classes, would make the populations in the game (and in any custom created city) seem more diverse (correct word?)
And since the villager egg-spawner-thingy in creative will spawn random classes (as of MC update 1.3), I think it will also spawn them wearing random "clothes" (if this is included in the texture pack). This would make it possible to assign different villagers to different roles in a custom map's story. (By spawning a bunch until you get the right one, then kill the ones you don't need)
Examples: Guards, farmers, doctors, noblemen/women, random peasants, blacksmiths, painters, invetors... YouNameIt...
I'm aware that this would be a huge undertaking... but still... what do you think?

I think that's a really nifty idea, and I'd love to be able to pay someone else to do it.
In all honesty, if I get to villagers, they will likely only be skinned once, then I'll move on to something else that needs re-texturing.

Also....it's been a while, what do you guys think of the update?
WAIT! Before you do that, I forgot to tell you what I thought of this update! *rifles through notes* Ok. I LOVE IT! I still would like a new oak planks, but I admit, they do look really nice as dynamic construction material, like in roofs, or roads. I love the enchantment table, end stone, end portal, and ender chest. One small thing. Have you thought about redoing the cobblestone? It just looks a little grainy compared to the new blocks. All in all, this was one fantastic overhaul!

Retired StaffWhoops. Forgot about that. Tis fixed now.
Oh, and I added your banner idea. That's three now that you've made for me.

Curse PremiumLol, I actually did not want credit, it's just a pleasure to help out with this Texture pack haha (:
And I love it, made my map look even great!

download the .zip. Drag the .zip into %appdata%>.minecraft>texture packs.
Or just click the "open texture pack folder" button, and drag it there.
