To say that I love your work would be a serious understatement. I have used your pack since it first came out, and have worshiped the pixels it displayed as gods. Also, according to someone else here, its your birthday or was your birthday a few days ago. In that case, HAPPEY BIRTHDAY!

It was this pack's birthday yesterday, but thanks. ^^
Okay, I finally got up off my ass and played Revelations to get some good texture references for new stuff. So here's a jungle tree based on the trees in constantinople:

Ok, first of all: This looks really good! Great job
2nd: Since you are playing revelations; what do you think about making the Netherportal (and the obsidian) look like the "Sync Nexus -portal" in ACR?
This way one could make it look like you left the Animus-simulation and entered either a templar lab or a templar training program/hub-thing
(Great for custom maps) http://defaultprime.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/acrspsc46sdtheanimusdoor_95538610607_658-960x540.jpg

Sounds like a great idea! I've heard that for changing nether portal look, you must change the blue square (top right) in the terrain image, it might look awesome!

I was definitely planning to make those metal-ish pillars into the End stone texture and the nexus portal into the end portal texture.
When you finish the pack (i.e. when all the remaining texturing is done) do you expect that you'll be able to releace updates quicker?
By that I mean that you for instance could be tinkering with new textures when the certain item/block first arrive in the weekly snapshots...
Now, don't get me wrong here. I'm not complaining. This kind of stuff takes time and I, myself, should know; My costum map (that i started on over a year ago "-.-) has gone through several iterations. For instance: the first city (and the initial story) you encounter got completely redone when I found this pack. AC Brotherhood and Revelations fueled my head even further, and as we're getting closer to the modding API, I find myself waiting for MC 1.3 in hope of using world editing tools/mods to quickly and easily create epic mountain ranges and clearing out some underground (secret) stuff...
(Why I wait for 1.3 - Mods scare me, that's why )
Now... In the meantime I use MCEdit to implement and lengthen or shorten my redstone builds (and possibly moving the city to a new world as 1.3 comes out). I also tinkered with using MCEdit to create mountains (by placing sand balls in the air, then go in SP and make em fall, then go back to MCEdit an re-texture them) yet I found this taking a LOT of time and to be rather random and hard to work with on a detailed level...
ok... you know what... I think I wrote down a BIT to much
... anyway, you get my point
So, to sum up:
--> the TP takes a long time to make I know that... Just wondering how you expect the update frequency to be in the future
ps.
I'm still running MC 1.2.3
(and the reason for that is that this pack would be rather glitchy in 1.2.5 )
Hi again, I was wondering about a block you was going to add... like the walls of AC Brotherhood on the Subject 16 memories, still going on with that block?

As soon as I get a customizer page up and running, sure.

I'm not sure how long it will take. This pack is usually last in my update list (which goes Enchanted, Feathersong, Doll House, Iridescent, then Assassini) which is why it takes so long. Also, like you, I don't use snapshots, so I usually don't feel bothered to try to make new textures until the next update comes out. So the most honest answer I could give you time-wise would be 'yes'. Yes, I'm still working on it. Yes, textures will get made. When? No clue. Sorry I can't be more specific.
