I'm not sure what's happening, but this texture pack is ridden with semi-transparant flame animations right in the middle of other block's textures, especially the Bricks blocks look like something from outer space zapped them with a crazy ray.

This is typically a result of an error with the HD patcher. Make sure you have the latest version of either MCpatcher or optifine. If you do try re-installing. Sometimes the files become corrupt.

Hey steel
Can you make a alternative texture for the pumpkins, so they look like humans? :biggrin.gif:
................
.........................what? You mean like severed heads? **** no. (I didn't realize AC brotherhood had heads displayed on pikes anywhere in the game....)
EDIT: I could, however, make them into some sort of nice decorative lantern. Perhaps even some sort of stone wall sconce?

You can't texture brick slabs separate from brick blocks. You'd have to make all bricks look like roof tiles, which is what I've done and which you can obviously do yourself, but it ends up looking a little weird in worlds that aren't built for it
Terribly sorry I misspelled the name of a non-existent Italian villa I had to sound out from watching a video game.
It is even more gratifying to know that you only bothered to comment to tell me that I offended your need to have the names of non-existent Italian villas spelled absolutely correctly. That completely verifies the months of work I've spent on this pack, and encourages me to get back to work post-haste.
Whatever would I do without fans like you. :smile.gif:
are you going to make the npc villagers(when they come out) look like people from the game?
Yup. You know all the annoying dudes wandering around carrying crates that they drop if so much as a fly touches them? Yeah. Just like that. Although hopefully not half as annoying. :biggrin.gif:

it actually does exist. The town anyway, there's no Auditore villa there. But yeah, I'm sure you're glad he contributed to your thread with that super relevant info
Maybe it's just me, but I think the current bricks work smashingly well as roof tiles. Maybe you could see how you like it with the current texture...?
You are right the normal slabs are looking good too :biggrin.gif:
Hm...I'd say the wooden roofs would look good for buildings in the 'poorer' side of town, while the brick roofs would be more appropriate for rich areas (where they could afford roofing tiles). Just a thought. :smile.gif:
Definitely among my favorite texture packs of all time. I absolutely LOVE this pack! I really like how you kept it looking overall good, and i love the paintings. It really gives the feel of Rome and for that i congratulate you :smile.gif:
haha!
It's okay, I shouldn't be spending the money anyway. My drink of choice is rather expensive.

What the other guy said. It's impossible to directly re-texture brick slabs.
Damn it
You dont allow as to make a special version of your pack just for our map, right?
