Ok, here it is... You need you WinRAW or 7-zip whatever you use. Ok Here we go.
In search type in %appdata% Then go to .minecraft, then select bin. Find your minecraft.jar file and open the archeive. With that go into the GUI folder, then your .png is either items or icons... I beleive it is items.png.
