Yup yup. Enderdragon will be skeletal, probably somewhere in the middle of the two images shown.
Most likely though, I'll have to weave some random black "stringy bits" n between the bones for shaping (ala the skeletal Bat's wings)

I figured I'd go with some more subtle ones, as there's only so many screenshots you can take staring directly at the sun before Galileo sues for stealing his blindness schtick.
nice screenshots doom. i am currently redoing the bumpmap file, taking more time to get things better (plus i figured out some better settings - it should increase the quality of bumpmap) i've also entirely finished terrain_s.png except sand (still toiling with sand) should have new update in 2-3 days. oh and it turns out anims still work with reflections and bumpmap, obviously the bumps won't move but thats only applies on the soul sand
the dragon skins i've done only work for dragon mounts mod it is a different model to enderdragon and won't work with enderdragon
i have uploaded a NEW version with a few skins for randomobs. still not finished. pics tomorrow
and skeletal enderdragon sounds awesome doom! can't wait to see that!

This is absolutely awesome! I am bookmarking this and will check from time to time if it gets completed, my husband definitely wants this, but it's just a bit distracting when you seen an original sheep or cow or whatever pop up...
I'm not going to lie; this is my favorite texture pack of all time. I've been waiting for the 1.4.5 update to it, and as always, I was not disappointed. Please don't stop on this pack dude, it's amazing.

The guis turned out pretty good I'd say. I'm working on some albums on Photobucket to give a better view of all the textures i did.

For the time being, I'd recommend just using the animals from another pack.
All you have to do is add their image files within the "mobs" folder in the texturepack, to vDC's mob folder.
i got an idea of the ender dragon how it could be,it could be fin fang foon or other dragon's of the marvel universe
HA! Fin Fang Foom hadn't occurred to me! Unfortunately, I don't think his specific head shape would work for the Enderdragon, but hopefully one of the dragons they keep saying they want to add will work for the Purple-Panted one, because I'd love to make a skin for him!

All of the weapons (with the exception of the Gladius) are different "famous" weapons.
Frostmourne, Mjolnir, Chainswords, Gummi Bears' wooden swords, etc.

Alrighty, bit of an update:
Yet again, I've had extremely little time to work on the pack this week. So far, I've been working on it in 10-15 minute intervals; so I've managed to... outline the Diamond and a couple items... blah!
Anyways, I'm doing my damnest to try and get some textures done, but with the holidays coming so soon, I'm just going to go ahead and assume that life's going to find a way to slap a few more minutes out of my hand.
I'm going to try and have a small update soon, HOPEFULLY finishing off the items (although, I seriously have no idea what the hell to do with the Rocket Star or whatever), and maybe some other relatively small stuff.
I've a feeling that the weekend will be my best bet at actually having the time to work on it, so let's say around next Wednsday-ish for a new release?
OH! And I've been thinking of maybe tossing in a random Zombie Santa!
If I can get it finished and all that, I'm thinking of making it a Tundra-Biome-only mob after Christmas.
Any thoughts?
Sorry if it seems like I kind of gloss over your big posts; I really don't. Honestly, I've just run out of ways to expand upon "that looks f*cking cool, man!"

Skeletor sword is now the gold sword. You can make it the diamond sword by downloading the alts and editing it yourself which takes effort.

Aaaaawesome! From what I see, I'm already loving the normal/spec updates! I'm going to update the thread OP in a few and then try them out!
Also, those dragons turned out surprisingly badass! Really great use of the endstone texture!
