This texture pack is beyond awesome... If only the items and armors were finished as well....

had to update some textures for new version Mine and Blade: Battlegear - beta 2.9
all textures done except armour icons (placeholders)
some textures will be replaced eventually.
some new armours! updated gui.

credits go to Emperor Doom for the weapons, Nerd-boy for the shields and Zomb69 for editing, compiling and release.

Holy crap! This pack is... wow.

Excellent work man! The feel is unique and well executed and the atmosphere is so thick you could cut it with a knife and spread it on butter.

Alright, so now that I'm finally starting to feel better, I'm going to set this weekend aside as a texturing weekend! So the next release will be either this Sunday or Monday (I may go with Mon to give me the extra day. We'll see though).

And it'll finally include at least one set of armor, some recolored menus, and whatever other random dood-dads I can throw together.

Alright, quick update!
I spent yesterday working on some random little textures:



Terrain wise, the only things left are the Bed, Cauldron, Potion Stand, and Endportal... So yes, I have officially conquered nature!

Most likely, I'll spend today working on more random stuff, and tomorrow working on the armor; so I'm going to hazard a guess and say that the next release should be Monday after 4pm EST. (after I'm out of work)

they look great especialy the wheat, melon and netherwart and the cake... it all looks great oh and the eggs look awesome in-game

I think I'll do red, pink, and green blankets, whichever looks the best become the pack default; the others Alt textures.
As such, I can do three different stuffed animals. Any ideas?

I remember an anime my sister watched. There was a character that had a stuffed rabbit that looked like it could fit in. I'll edit when I figure out what it was.


Edit: Found it. It's from one of the nanoha series.

I also have a hat *unrelated to the picture* that might fit the bill. Gotta see if I can find a camera.

Ah, so character themed stuffed toys, not just stuffed animals... Ignore the post above then.

Umm Iron man, or hellboy maybe for red. Magneto could fit in pink due to the accent colors on his helmet, but he fits just as well in red.

Plenty of red based characters (green too probably, but you seem to have that covered with Doom), but I can't think of many others who would fit in pink. If ya can't find anything specific, random voodoo doll?



By the way, the patch is a nice touch.

They don't have to be color specific. (I'm actually thinking the little Doom might look better with a darker red blanket)
I do want a girly character for the pinkish one (worse case, I'll do a little Spidey), but the other is basically anyone you think might look cool in that shape and fit the pack a bit.

Can't really think of any others characters though. Only comic book characters I've ever really liked were Ironman (who is already well represented as a skin) and nightcrawler

I believe they're actually seed packets, not cards.

Also what pack do you work on Grugsy? Or have you not shown off a preview/partial? Always like playing around with different textures, even if I always end up going back to a certain few.
