oh well at least it gave me something to work on and boy oh boy it was freaking hard to do the 2d part of the face but im getting it done i hope its gonna be as good as his. i would love to get it but im a bit confused on where it is located.
thanks for helping me find the hulk skin and man it looks good but we both had a different idea on the face some. i can now see why he decided to not make his face 2d. i have the mouth and tongue 2d and the eyes are 2d but im having troubles getting the eye lids to not show the under-face because his eye-gaps too big i think i may need to change the size or shape just to fix that. but that's probably just a common problem for a newb trying to work on advanced stuff.
hey doom how did you do the skin on the hulk and then smooth it out like that. im going by the unfinished one compared to the finished and for some reason its smaller than the one i got that was half done. im not sure if i have the right tools or if im just not seeing them. i use paint.net and i dont know much about it yet.
wow i just downloaded photoshop cs6 extended and omg im so lost. theres so many more tools its crazy i dont even know where to start.
cool, it may take some time as i want it perfect (as good as enhanced steam ui)(using that as base) but i'll probably upload some previews until its done. going through all 420 of dooms steam L4D2 Vondoomcraft pictures and as long as doom doesn't mind i will use some images i find (already found 2 that fit 2 parts perfect) and i can use some images from touchgui i made for pocket edition minecraft. the rest i will have to create. so yeah look forward to having a nice vondoomcraft steam ui
im doing a my little pony skin for a request. i already almost have a rainbow dash but im wanting to make a zombie pony using your style its gonna be epic and maybe you might like to make your own lol.
man ive been going by what you told me and i think im getting the hang of it. thanks so much im loving it i am getting good at shadowing to make it look like layers and blending things in is so much easier. now everything i do looks so much better. thanks sooo much!!!
Another good steam skin to base it on would be PixelVision: http://forums.steamp....php?t=1914848. Its very similar in quite a few ways but it uses a custom font, which could be very useful.

been playin with steam skinnin made some small progress, its looking pretty cool so far i have a problem with one button though..... and i just learned i have to code some bits. things are going a bit slow atm as i'm not feeling well for a couple days now.

He has been very busy between working, living and creating super awesome things for more than 1 game so you just need to give him some time. But the wait is worth the response but you probably also got other peoples attention like me that will try making it because I love spawn and it will be a long hard learning curve to making hd skins. But I'm pretty new so don't expect a masterpiece like something from doom.
im haveing a probelm everytime i try to use the 128x version i get a black screen i have optifine and am using mcpather
There's your problem. Can't use mcpatcher and optifine. It says in the optifine thread. Delete your bin folder and launch minecraft and install optifine manually. There's a lot of videos on youtube on how to do that.
Hey doom have you seen the marvel heroes game yet it is so awesome I bet you could implement your marvel minecraft skins into it.
But the best part is they are making Dr Doom the main boss because he is so awesome!!

except for the glass, its to crowded. Are there any like alternate clear textures for the glass?
