I have a few issues.
At first, I didn"t use MCpatcher (I haven't been using for a while, everything worked perfectly) and once in-game, many items were missing. I could use them, they just didn't appear on-screen.
Also, still lava and still water are fine, but as soon as they are flowing, they go back to their default textures.
I reinstalled following the instructions in the first post and that solved the missing items. But the lava and water flowing issue is still here.
Can anyone confirm it is not just me?
Yeah, at the moment, I'd say don't even bother with MCPatcher/the installation instructions I put up. All you need is Optifine.
- Flowing Lava & Water I thought I had fixed, but apparently I forgot to include before deleting them. They'll be fixed for the next release (which is looking like a purely bug-fixing one thus far). If you need them fixing ASAP, i'd say to take the water/lava textures from Zomb's "MCPatcherConvertedVDC" (can be found in the "low res ports" link!)

Honestly, I haven't a clue what any of the log means; but if you're having trouble even getting vDC to work, then most likely RAM is the issue! How much do you have, and have you tried allocating more to Java yet?
I just wanted to tell you how very much I enjoy your Texture Pack!! It is by far, MY FAVORITE!!!
I have no complaints or anything. My only question is this: I am starting to play FTB and was wondering if there was any support for your Texture Pack to be used with FTB? Or what can I use as fillers? On a side note, MORE female skins would be nice, in vampire and / or futuristic attire would be the bestest ever!!! <3 <3 ~ShadowRavynn~

As for female skins, I do very much want to get some more done! I'm hoping to at least get Captain Marvel (Ms. Marvel) and Songbird skins out sometime relatively soon (possibly even Trash from Return of the Living Dead).
It's not that I don't care about the female skins or anything. It's just that every HD skins take a ridiculous amount of time to finish, so I've mainly put them at the back of the que; Just happens that I had mostly males ones made already.
I'm not sure about futuristic skins, but if I ever get the time i'd abslutely love to a Vampire: the Masquerade skinpack; with one for each clan. (a Nosferatu texture is one of those skins I've wanted to do for over a decade but never had the chance)
Forget the above lol..I have a new question though. I was just wondering why you do you call this texture pack Beta? I mean, compared to LOTS of others this texture pack is fairly done. besides some things obviously. Is there particularly any reason ?
Honestly, it's mostly just to keep divert a constant stream of "Ur missing this texture!" and "the animals are broken" posts. People see the "Beta", and hopefully it's enough to tell them that there's going to be some broken/unfinished bits.
I have thought about dropping the "Beta", as there are apparently people that'll see that and just say "well, I'll check it when it's done"; but frankly, those folks aren't my core audience anyways.
And at this point, I figure i'll drop the "Beta" once there's a big enough reason for it (terrain is done, etc). That way I can make a big news thing out of it and hopefully get back some of the attention that's wained the last year or so. ("vDC out of Beta! zomg!")
I used MCP to install Optifine as the guide suggested. Sometimes the sky has a giant stretched and skewed sun texture which is more common than the chest. When this happens, the normal moving sun is where it should be. It seems I only have these problems in the day. It fixes itself if I relog. Usually.

As I mentioned above, I wouldn't bother with the full installation instructions at the moment. Try using only Optifine, and see if that fixes anything.
(I've tested with optifine and haven't noticed any huge issues yet. MCPatcher i've toyed with a little, but not fully tested)
Nevermind I got it working now, just needed to download the McPatcher. Now I can go back to playing the best texture pack for Minecraft!!

Also a side note, do I need to install HDoptifine? I'm relatively new to minecraft, so I don't know much about all these mods and such.

Honestly, at the moment both MCPatcher and Optifine are in flux as their creators are still bugfixing and releasing new updates all the time; So I can't say for sure "Do it this way with this mod and everything will work".
But if you're not having any problems with MCPatcher, and your framerate is doing well, you probably don't need Optifine just yet.
Normally, I highly recommend Optifine over MCPatcher, as it adds a lot more video options and usually increases playability; but as I said, everything's up in the air at the moment.

And from what ive seen of WIP's usually that means there reallllly far from being done and have only a little bit done. It took me an extra couple months to try this out also because I was so confused on which download link to download! lol. I never really played 128x and was looking for the 64x and had no idea where it was. Since then though ive discovered the love for 128x and use it all the time, and obviously finally found the right DL link lol! Very happy with this texture. Thanks a bunch for it.

I spent a long time surfing these forums for a texture pack that would make minecraft look creepily beautiful and my search was done when I found yours. It is so saturated yet dark with the perfect amount of nerdy easter eggs (when I saw the chompy rose I fell in love haha).
I may only have 18 followers on my youtube channel (here: http://www.youtube.com/user/TheWolfdude131 if you want to check it out) but I'll gladly tell everyone how fantastic this texture pack is.

The pack is mainly 128x, with 256x Items and some of the random textures (sun, moon, sky, etc.)
It shouldn't lead to any problems!

The MediaFire links should work. Dropbox hit its limit (no idea why, but my downloads almost doubled yesterday...?)
