is it maybe an idea if you change the music of those disc to some Japanese themed songs?
I know it doesn't have anything to do with the texture pack, but maybe it's a good idea?
Yea, unfortunately that lies under the realms of modding rather than texturing, but that's still a really neat idea!
If I ever get into modding I'll be sure to have a go at this.
Huh. I thought this pack was abandoned, so I made an updated version with my own pistons/shears, but I can't wait to see the finalized versions. My pistons aren't too great anyways. And seeing as it has been updated by someone else for now, I don't think I need to post mine.

Thoroughly impressed by this, it's very nice. However, we do need an update. Also, I don't like how the wools are changed, it kills a lot of the pixel art we have on our server

Can we expect some screenshots of the new pack soon?
I also have to agree with unchill. The wool colours are nice on SSP but on SMP (Multiplayer), if you use the special wool textures to make a japanese style house or something, it'll look odd to others, and it kills some pixel art. A good suggestion is to release a texture pack with the normal coloured wool and one with the japanese themed coloured wool.
