I just downloaded the Gerudoku texture pack and installed it with the latest version of Xau's HD texture fix patcher and went through the outlined steps. However when I opened the game I noticed that there was white boxes around torches and wheat and that I couldn't see through glass and the windows in doors. I did a little bit of net searching but none of that seemed to help, so if any body knows how to get rid of this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also before you asked I have already tried the obvious restart minecraft/ computer.
