i don't know it's just the whole, one side looks different thing. It might just be me though. The master sword i mean. And the rupees enter the areas of other items. check out the gold ingot.

Edit: made a kunai, problem was, the throwing looked horrible, like it was flying sideways. and then it just explodes, I don't think youd want that
