AUSSCRAFT BY SQUID EMPIRE

Here is Ausscraft(2 s's) A texture pack designed to make minecraft into a full-on Dinky Di Aussie experience. Yes I have been to Australia, I live there, and yes I know that the stereotypical 'outback' portrayal of Australia is wrong but who really wants anything else? Kangaroos and corrugated iron roofs? You bet. 'Real Australia' no way.

Disclaimer: A lot of the textures below were made due to ideas from people below, I would like to thank them!

'cos we do actually have plenty of that.

I agree. But we don't all ride around the place in a kangaroo's pouch or got to the nearest outback pub every 5-10 minutes for a beer. And what I meant by 'Real Australia' was actually the reality most of us face. Urban life (or semi-rural in my case).

stone = somehow wrong, too solid color looking I guess, or maybe just the wrong shade, that's yer department :tongue.gif:.



U should do the rest though, cause right now there's some heavy texture clashes, I had a good laugh going back into my dwarf fortress; outside looks fantastic though. Default for now, I'm diggin' the change.

Bumping. Need help on prickly pear: looks terrible.

I need help with the rest of the textures. Anyone have any ideas?

How did no one think of this?? Wolves are dingoes, and bones are babies. Which means skeletons are paedophiles?
And what about the implications of ground up baby fertiliizer?

I was thinking skeletons as bushrangers (I've already made the bow into a pistol) and creepers are hard...
I've already made the snow into a rock fall and snowballs into rocks although it looks pretty bad...
