What exactly did you do to change it?
Did you edit the minecraft.jar Folder?
Did you put a zip file into the Texture Pack Folder?
Did you use the HD Patcher to load a pack?

i just click mods and texture packs and i looked around and found one and downloaded it and added it to my texture packs and clicked it and its really slow
Go to "mods and texture packs" on the main menu and then select the default texture pack.
If that doesn't work, close minecraft, go into your texture packs folder and delete the texture pack you are using.
Make sure Minecraft is NOT open,
Click Start,
Open Run,
type %appdata% then press Enter,
Go to .minecraft.
Open the Texture Packs Folder,
Delete the Texture Pack you installed.
Play Minecraft.
If this doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you.
