As you said earlier, you liked the idea of Ghast being Koffing, so the Zombie Pigmen should definitely be Sableye, since they both are purple, and on one of the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games, the Sableyes work for the Dusknoir to capture you etc, and they co-operate just like the Zombie Pigmen do when you hit one of them! Hope you can make this happen ~

Just a little note: for looking at the shape of Dusknoir, I noticed that he actually fits quite well as being Ghast, so maybe you should re-consider that too?

-The raw fish is currently a magikarp, so what would that make cooked fish? Fried magikarp sounds a bit harsh, but I'm not sure what else to do. XD

Creeper - anything that learned and abused explosion - Koffing/Weezing maybe since you already used Graveler? Friend suggests Exploud and Voltorb as well.
Pigmen - uuuh since you used Slowpoke as pigs perhaps Slowking would work?
Zombie - trainers
Skeletons - I'm trying to think of something with projecile abuse, like Pin Missile or something like that but I'm blanking. :| Though I like Marowak from a few posts above.
Slime - Ditto
Chests could look like backpacks or bags maybe? Armor could maybe be outfit changes by region. Not sure what to do for weapons, I'd feel rather silly beating something with a Pokeba-

Cooked pork could just be a cooked slowpoke tail. That's what I would have thought cooked fish would have done, as well. It's kind of odd that cooking a magikarp makes it shiny.

I'm sort of doubting doing the "dialga's chest" diamond ore now, because I really want everything to flow together smoothly. I tried to add a touch of gradient from dialga's steel blue to the earth tone of the rock, but it didn't really work, obviously!

edit-try this for sapling! the tree infront of the pokeball, aslo try to keep wool looking somewhat like wool! dont stray to far off from the real texture if you cant find a pokemon one.
