Alright, v2.1 released on the weekend, just as usual. This update contains lots of various fixes and improvements to some of my textures. Also some new alts in there. My favorite change is the leaves. The old ones just felt unrealistic, and I'm happy about the new ones. In case you wanted the old leaves, they are in the Alts folder. Unrelated: I posted the change log right on the forum page so you wouldn't have to download the pack just to read the changes. Posting screenshots ASAP.
it's awesome buddy =) the only flaw is that i think the wooden planks and wooden objects (like crafting table and doors) are not dark enought, but it's a minor detail :wink.gif:
i also tweaked a bit the tools, tell me if you wanna take a look at it ^^

Sure. PM or comment here. I'd like to see :smile.gif:
Excellent texture pack, I always use it, and I prefer it ove Misa210's texture pack and DokuCraft. It's smooth and sweet. Great job on a great texture!

To everyone else: Any alt recommendations? I'm hopeless at imagining them.
Hey Colin! Awesome smooth texture pack, once i get myself to download MCPatcher again, I'll definitely use it again. I didn't download your newest version yet, but by the looks of it, the boosters are awesome. Keep up the good work! Oh, and, first post.

Nice first post! Maybe you can suggest some alts, cause I can't think of any?

Here are a few suggestions for alts
-iron door alt with some sort of window,
-a repeater alt which makes it easier to determine the direction the repeater is pointing,
-torches with the guards (is that what they're called?),
-double half-slabs that look like one block rather than two stacked ones
-ores with their own unique pattern, I'm not trying to make you add random patterns to random ores, specific patterns that are realistic and believable.
Btw, your new booster tracks and detector rails are awesome!

Hello everybody. Once again, the weekend is upload time, so I did a minor update this time. (Sorry, but I have exams). This update has lots of alts and also I released the Terrain Customizer. Check it out here: http://bit.ly/lB67Hv
How do you use the customizer? And I can't seem to find the wavy sand in Alternates folder.
The customizer is simple. You go to the link, which is on the OP, then you pick customizer. (Only works on Safari & Firefox as far as I can tell). You select the textures from the right and click on the image when you're done.
And.. you can't find the wavy sand because its only available via the customizer.
Ok so here's the deal. Before, I had everything that could be used on the customizer removed from the Alts folder. Apparently that causes bad fragmentation so I just copied everything that you could only get through the customizer back into the Alts folder. Happy? :smile.gif:
I tried Safari and the options don't show up this time. :sad.gif:
Idk what to say. It works perfectly for me in Firefox & Safari. Now that I pushed over the Alts back to the Alternatives folder, you're going to have to do it the old way.
I don't get it. I'm having no problems with the Johnsmith customizer in both Firefox and Safari, and it's the same with yours.
I've been trying to figure out why mine downloads instead of loads for a while. It must be something to do with the host. When I was testing offline, I could load it perfectly in any browser.

Always some little problem. I'll fix that.

For everyone requesting this, check out the Alternatives folder inside the .zip. There is an entire set of dark-wood blocks already there.
yeah just noticed it ^^' (fail xD )
Thanks!

Nice video

Oh no... Try using Safari. Your browser is supposed to open it, not download.
