I copied Sheepcraft and used it's zip file, but I'm using and editing all the original png's and dropping them in, so unfinished things will show as Sheepcraft

Apparently Teh Teddy wants to steal my idea, and decided to rush a texture pack and use the name too.

There was no technologically advanced (or very few, and most not updated), hyper colored, "super" looking texture packs, so I thought I'd make my own... (Yeah, this is my first... duh. at least it's not a 'simple' pack, it's themed!)
It originally started out as TechnoCraft... then ElectroCraft... now Ravecraft.
Yeah a lot of stuff in this is high bright colors over black! But the menu GUI I lowered a bit so not to kill the eyes TOO much... I've got all the ore, the chest, the dispenser, stove, sand, dirt (sort of), Cactus, Reeds (Or sugar cane? iunno...), gravel, stone, cobble, and the workbench... IDEAS HIGHLY ACCEPTED AND WANTED!!
Remember this is 16x16 so it's going to look "low grade" I hate that high resolution stuff...it looks nice...but I'd rather be able to drag and drop. No I'm not lazy, it's if I want to play with a different pack there's a lot of complicated stuff in it.
I KNOW it kind of looks like TRON. I don't care, I like it. :biggrin.gif:

I'm ok with doing the blocks and textures, and maybe the mobs (later)... but as you can tell I completely suck with the HUD and stuff... Like the menu clicking... If someone could make me some menu icons and stuff, maybe the health armor and inventory and all those GUI's interfaces... that would be much much much appreciated. I have to go to bed soon got a lot of crap to do tomorrow... so I can't really comment or do much after this. I'll do more work when I get back on... If you hate it, like it, I don't care as long as it's constructive criticism. "The dirt SUCKS, make it better" = *thumbs up*
Oh and...I tried just making the grass biome thing just all plain black... DIDN'T WORK... as you can see in the video... could someone also help me out on that?
P.S. - I used Camstudio... I don't know why but the first few seconds of the video is buggy until I turn the lights on... I dunno...
Doesn't look like any rave I've been too. Raves are normally industrial structures and lights. It's not all dark but dark enough for vibrant colors to stand out.

A lot of raves very, besides those are just the basic blocks, and the blocks (other than sand and dirt) are down in caves so it'll be dark. I'll be brightening up the others... but I still need help fixing the grass...

Uh... It's just spin offs of the same idea. Other than me, there were quite a few that made a tron pack as well after mine. You can see it as a challenge and try to make a better "ravecraft" texture pack.
