Thanks, Thinkr! Sorry I haven't been here for awhile, but as my signature implies, I'm no longer as active. I will put the download link in the original post, and tomorrow I'll update the OP list, and work on the things I have my name down for.
There were some better textures that people submitted (most notably sand) but I gave the people who posted first the spot.
Also, some people claimed textures but never did them and I don't think they will, so maybe you could have like a 2-week expiration for texture claims.
I compiled all the textures and zipped them up to a working texture pack! There are still many missing textures though.
