Can someone make the skin I'm using, the look of it, into an armor replacer for the leather armor?
here is what it looks like and the png file below it.
this is the pic its based off of (terran medic), just if needed for more of a reference.
(the cape, injection gun, and shield are missing because i don't think they could be implemented in the first place)
...could at least someone say if this can be done...
All you need to do is move the legs section over to a new file, exact same proportions, same positioning, and call that cloth_2.png. Remove the legs out of the first image, and call that cloth_1.png. You can also upscale your skin to be higher resolution - it works for armor.
EDIT: Whatever, I've done it for you. :tongue.gif:
NORMAL SIZE:
Right click --> save as --> first one as cloth_1 and second as cloth_2 --> insert into texture pack --> zip up texture pack --> place in minecraft/texturepacks --> run minecraft
DOUBLE SIZE:
Right click --> save as --> first one as cloth_1 and second as cloth_2 --> insert into 32px + resolution texture pack --> INSTALL XAU'S HD TEXTURE FIX (if it doesn't work, find the beta 2.0 thread and install the one in there) --> Patch the texturepack/place it in texturepacks folder --> run minecraft
Hope you like them! I scaled the second one with a scaling algorithm.
