I've finished several blocks, including tilled dirt. Look forward to rice fields! When wet, the tilled dirt appears to be covered in water! The "Wheat" items appears as rice! Make rice flour flatbread! New trees coming up, (no leaves yet. =/ ) Grow sweet Bamboo! Which is a cross-breed of sugar cane and bamboo. Don't ask. Cool explosives that actually look homeade! Lapis ore! And maybe even pumpkins!
