Opening Maps with this texture pack will make minecraft crash! (Or at least for me)
You should see if it crashes for you because i just open the map with my hot key inventory and the game freezes until it crashes...

that sounds like either:
- a patcher issue [try re-downloading the most recent one],
- you don't have minecraft 1.6.6,
- you're not using the most recent Rezcraft [try re-downloading,
- or simply a bug with minecraft.
but that's just what i think. try different texture packs and default minecraft and try it.

i realized the pack image in the texture pack menu really has nothing to do with rezcraft, so i made this as an alternative really quickly.
[im not sure if you put the default pack.png in there or if it was soulscribe, but i feel this one fits better]
but for now, i think im-more or less done with the front chest design...
but....
idk which i like better, then one thats more like a plate, or the me with the bottom.
after i removed the bottom, it made me question the direction i wanted to go with the armor...

As for that... Thanks. I just made that one from a .png file I had on hand, thought it looked relly cool, but I can put that one in.
I made sure i have the most recent Texture pack and im sure its not the patcher because i can use maps on my Custom HD 32Bit TexturePack and it doesnt lag nor crash my minecraft, the default map is also running great. it might be some bug on my minecraft. i will Re-Download my Minecraft and get back to you as soon as i can!
Well, beside that, the patcher updated, along with Minecraft... so if you still have issues, update to the latest version, and use the latest patcher. Get the link on the front page.

i know, right? but now that the forum's [finally] back up, i have some results to show!
i know the pants are kinda lame, but i was trying to retain the classic vibe while still portraying it as armor.
besides that, i'd say this armor is good to go. i may tweak it a little bit, but you may go ahead and throw this wherever you want, and i'll get to work on another one.
id suggest giving this armor a quick trial to see what you think. preferably in smp so you can really see how great it looks from every angle.
I think it's pretty good. Except for, yeah, the pants. Kinda lacking in color. Here's some screenshots I took with it on.
I think it fits rather well. Just need some touching up on the pants, and I'll add it to the main texture pack. :biggrin.gif:

delete rezfx from your texture packs folder, and delete your bin folder. start minecraft.

almost. i'm gonna tweak the back some more. but im currently fitting the arms and legs into place, figuring out a design for those.

dont pay for a game if you have no clue how to operate it.
dont mess with texture packs if you dont know how to use them.
dont blame other people for your failure to follow instructions.
one. delete your minecraft bin.
two. restart minecraft. exit minecraft.
three. repatch with the hd patcher. ya know, that THING you need to use to make hi rez textures work.
four. put the pack in texture pack folder.
five. apologize.
