huh. That's weird. Have you reinstalled the client? And maybe see if the patcher is patching the right minecraft.jar?

its really frustrating. the 2.0.0beta4 version of the patcher works fine, but it doesn't support the custom fire.
im worried if i dont get the 2.0.1 version to work, im going to be stuck at the beta4 while he keeps releasing new updates that i cant use, thus eliminating my ability to use texture packs.....
i tested the patcher on my friends computer, and it works smoothly.... i really hope its not something to do with my computer....

lol, thanks for all the gratitude. But I can only take some of the credit. The other part is the community. They helped create the textures also, such as obuerrule and Adron_Scott. Without them, this wouldn't be complete either. So if you thank me, I'm going to give this thanks to them as well. :biggrin.gif:

I'm just spouting ideas, just to see if anyone is going to respond. :biggrin.gif: For a poll, I'm going to need an idea first, if you know what I mean. lol. A template? you mean like the original ones? You can find those in the minecraft.jar mob file. Then resize them to fit a 64x64 sized one.
I know I'm being retarded or something here, but I need help. I put the .zip file in my texturepacks folder and minecraft recognized it was there but it won't use the pack. I have the HD texture pack installed too. Is there anything I'm not doing?
no, like its just labeled and each segments got a colored box around it so i know where one thing starts and another ends.
uh.... yeah, I don't really have that kind of pic... what I did was take the original and take a picture in game to see which part corresponds to each. Then I just added the textures over it.
Working on update for font.png... Actually still waiting for the author of http://www.dafont.com/tr2n.font to update...
or if anyone finds a font they like, post it here with a link.

I think they look fine. They give the recognizer feel without taking away from the game. Anything from Tron goes. Old or new, I guess.
