This is probably a very stupid mistake - something's telling me this is the wrong forum - but I'm completely new to posting here. With that in mind, are there any texture pack creators that can explain how to make a 16x16 texture pack with Paint.NET and WinRAR?

also..there are two threads at the top of the forum with tutorials in them..ones with a light bulb
