ok, I'm at starbucks later today, so i guess i'll post the latest update/ it doesn't have many changes, the only notable one you guys haven't seen in the last few pages is a new grass biome shader. Oh, and this is an important opinion based question:
Do you want to see goblins, dwarves, or elves as the villagers for 1.9?
i made a review of your texture pack and loved it!
i hope you will place this in your OP thank you in advance!
I subscribed to your channel after watching your review of Sump's pack. You gave a very thorough and honest review. Very well done! Most reviewers of textures just give "lip service" to the texture's creator, but you broke down what you liked and didn't like so much with an honest and enjoyable video. You made me want this texture even more (once Sumpumpolis finishes updating it).

new version out, although it's a very small update. The tall grass looks wierd at first, but i promise it grows on you, and in large quantities in fields and such i think it looks great.
thank you that's really nice to hear!
I want to be honest in my videos so i do that!!
I will use this pack for my next let's play together video :smile.gif:
that kind of review is also much more helpful for me, since it lets me see what textures get the best and worst reactions, so i can plan updates accordingly.
i'm trying to pass a certain number of views on planet minecraft for the day, if you're willing to help, go here and leave a comment. planet minecraft page
sorry for being a noob but how do you make 32 bit textures? do I just need to use the patcher?
if you mean how do you use it ingame, yes, just patch the game. if you're talking bout making textures, you basically take the same format as 16x16 oacks and double the size of every image file. for instance if you have a 256x256 terrain file (holding all the 16x16 terrain images, you would double it to 512x512

for those who want to give an opinion, does this sounds like something you would like:
creepers become some kind of clockwork golem expirement thing... fitting i think for a magic/wizard pack.
explosion animations get customized as blue electricity and shockwaves.
finally, sulfur is made to be something to match the new creepers, and tnt becomes a crate of volatile vials and chemicals.

k, here is the first draft of the wizard experiment creeper.
I like the touch of scars where it's arms would be, meaning it was at one point a human. ( a block one at least)

Yeah, those are great. usually i don't like packs that change the look of creepers because... they're just so funny looking when they blow you up haha but this is something that would change that for me (:

It's a rough draft so I imagine you are probably already thinking this. It needs more detail on the skin. It doesn't quite fit the rest of the pack yet. Also, be careful to not stray to close to glimmar's creeper. :biggrin.gif:

Dang... That looks awesome! Can't wait to try it! Just gotta re-install all my mods... stupid HD tezture fix... xD Here is a diamond to you because of this xP
i need ideas for specifics of the tnt to fit with the new creeper (which is still being improved). i'm stopping on that for now though to work in a panic on preparing for 1.9 lol
i like that idea a lot mobs, ill look into it. For those interested, I made a moon phases texture. it's essentially the outside ring slowly rotating, with the inner star thing shifting through the spectrum of colors, from light blue, to purple to red, to yellow, to green, back to blue.
Where'd you get the Sun.png and Moon.png? o-O
Looks awesome.
the sun was a google image i copied but at super low resolution. the moon took a lot longer, since the image i based if off was really hard to use as a referance, the proportions had to be morphed a lot. i cant remember what the images were i based either off of, but, you could probably find them with enough time.
