You can't just look at the pictures and say "This pack is not for me" Or anything like that. You have to download this pack, and play with it to see why this is truly an amazing pack. Epic job Sumpumpolis

I like the idea of spinning the outer circle a lot. Another idea is you could make the inner star smaller and bigger according to the phases. Like when it's a new moon (when you can't see the moon) you'd only see the outer circle and no inner star.

You could even play with the idea of changing the color. The whole star could be a silvery color that slowly turns to the normal blue color as the moon progresses through its stages until the final full moon which will be blue. Either the whole thing would be silver turning into blue, or the blue could spread across the moon (which admittedly, might look weird!).

I'm just throwing a few ideas out. I might post with more. Good luck!

I think a mix of all those ideas would be good. On an unrelated topic, does anyone have an opinion on this chainail texture i made? if i use it, it will be the first chain texture for the pack :biggrin.gif:

oh, leather and diamond armour currently share a texture, the only difference is one is recolored. I plan to give one of them it's own original texture. What would you guys like to see changed more, diamond or leather armour?

I like it when Diamond armor is different from all other armors.. lol Try and make an Aura around the diamond armor if you can. that'd be cool.. i think lol :biggrin.gif:

yeah that's what i was thinking, because leather armor.. is really useless.. it dies after like 1 fight with a zombie lol iron armor should look like a knight's armor suit.. like the helmet with the ponytail looking thing on the back of the helmet, if you haven't done iron already and diamond of course should be special (: lol gold armor.. useless? that's just my opinion on how i like armor to be.. (:

i like them all a lot, the diamond armor, in my opinion, should be more bright with more details to it. and the diamond leggins in the inventory looks like it has a really really big gap..

I personally liked the diamond Armour being a robe. Now imo it looks ugly.

i'll probably end up mking a pole to decide that one.

The only thing wrong with the diamond armor in my opinion is the contrast between the blue and black is too great.
Maybe make them blend a bit more?

Edit: And by wrong I mean just kinda looks off.

i've made some improvements to the diamond armor based on those comments, ill upload a screen tomorrow.

hmm, the diamond armor makes me think mega man, not magic wizard.

i have two versions, both with improved shading and details.
please let me know what you guys think should be added/changed from this point, and which is your favorite.
the one with the winglike things on the helm is meant to be some kind of holy knight, maybe a guard for a floating castle or summat.

So, i had an idea.Would it look strange if you turn the diamond and wooden swords into sword and the wooden one into a staff or sometihng like that, then, turn the bow into a wand and the arrows into runes, that, when they are shot turn into a blue/purple orb, like the moon.
I really appreciate your work, and waiting for the 1.9 update, of both minecraft and The Arcane Pack!

ok, now i think this is starting to look a bit more like what I'm going for... ie some kind of holy temple guardian.
