need opinions on this: the old redstone ore? or this? It is meant to be ancient runes you have found while delving into the earth, and by taking a fragment of these carvings back with you, you can study the ancient script to then copy it for your own magical experiments.... that's my thought process of why it could look like this.
edit: and yes, I know about ore/stone tiling issues, these will be resolved eventually.
I think it has potential, but you might have to make redstone dust item look like the runes detached from the wall or something. I think I'd be pretty okay with mining runes from a wall. That seems like a cool idea to me.
I guess it will stay for now then, since the old redstone wasn't exactly logical or cool...
oh and the redstone item image is a runestone fragment. these will be in tomorrows' update i think.
This pack looks awesome and is mostly full of WIN, only complaint is the torches I feel like they don't fit. Am I the only one that doesn't care for the torches?
hmm, having indecision on something. was making mushroom soup into health potions, but then remembered apples and golden apples. so what i haven't decided is which between the soup and the apples to make a potion. for apples it would be regular health potion and rejuvenation potion btw.

i'm afraid that's one thing I probably won't change, unless someone offers a better idea for making the torch be a magical object of some kind.

I'll look into changing the dimensions at some point, maybe making it more jagged and low tech, etc. although items have priority at the moment. but- I'll be improving it at some point. Suggestions are of course welcome :smile.gif:

Did some small edits on the feather, but here it is for those who haven't seen.
I'm noticing a little discrepancy between your textures... Sometimes, you get a little pixel-arty (coming from a fellow pixel artist. I know I'm guilty of the same) but then sometimes it swaps over to really stark black-on-white stuff. I'm referring to the difference between your zombies and the rails, so far.
It could easily just be me being nitpicky, but I'd suggest homogenizing your style just a bit?

hmmm... imma mess with both ideas. cave paintings may be too difficult, and fails could be possible. but, we'll see.
