When I use the texture patcher I can never browse into my minecraft folder as it is in some obscure directory than I can only access using search everything or by using a run command. I can find the downloaded .zip files and patch but that always replaces the standard 16x16. So when I want to use different texture packs I have to delete the .bin and then reinstall, meaning I can only use one at a time and it is becoming a real hassle. How do I enter in the correct directory in the patcher. It dosen't allow me to copy and paste into the bar and the standard browser that pops up will not let me paste the directory address either. I also cannot get there by simply browsing using the GUI.
How do I go about finding the .zip file that I have placed in the texture packs folder using the patcher?
That dosen't work. I have to manually put them in the folder in the APPSDATA folder. Then I have to patch them or else several blocks ( like gold and brick) are extremely screwed up. But I cannot patch without directly patching over the original 16x16 textures because the patcher will not let me navigate to the APPSDATA folder.
How do I go about finding the .zip file that I have placed in the texture packs folder using the patcher?
Thanks in advance.
