I definitely love the concept, and you have some pretty cool effects going on the ore blocks. I do think, however, that the effect looks a bit weird on items like the bed... oddly enough though, I think the creeper would look even more intense with this effect.

Hmm i do like all the individual blocks alot, they look good. and although it can look a little weird when there are many blocks together i do like it. keep it up! m
So you just beveled every block. It doesn't look so good.Why there would be shadows like that if sun is on another side od your map. ANd they are way too heavy. Tune the shadows down please. But that's just my opinion.
