Also, I love the new OP. Especially the photoshop instructions on how to convert textures -- that's very helpful. I was trying to do something similar to update the RedPower textures, but couldn't quite match yours (I was very close, though, using a photo filter layer instead of a colorize hue/sat layer, but I also didn't realize that it only applied to the stone textures, which is why I couldn't get a perfect match).

Yep, I already have most of the RP2 update ready to go now. Please do send me what you've been working on! I'm only acting as a custodian, really, so anything you decide to do for it is awesome.
Also, bug report: when I was comparing the RP2 ores to vanilla ores in-game, I noticed that Lapis Ore looks like it might not have gotten the hue adjustment that the other ores did (the stone looks less yellow than other ores).
ETA: I will fix the lapis with the next update.
As for the RP stuff, I have some very rough textures for some of the blocks. I might just throw them all at you and let you sort out what's worth salvaging or not. But I want to polish them up a little bit, at least.
I'll make sure to give it a shot when I get home. Are the textures between the classic 1.3 beta and Isabella II otherwise identical, in case I want the old, dark look back?
But i was listening to System Of A Down, it ruined the sad feel.
It gave me a rebellious thought of people enraging at the government with their sorrow.
I noticed you made some major changes to the glowstone. I preferred the one from the first version with the border around the edges but I'm fine with the new one so it's no big deal
Anyway, thanks for releasing this for 1.3.1 so early. I really like using this texture pack.

While I liked the crates, they were never meant to be the main chest textures.

Yes, sort of. For the most part, the new textures are simply brightened versions of the old ones. However, I had to do a lot of little changes to make that work. Also, the old darker pack, Isabella Classic, hasn't been updated to 1.3.

The new glowstone lamps have the old glowstone. We debated this change during the beta period of the pack. Ultimately, I feel this solution was the best.
Isabella II is great. It took a couple of minutes to get used to the new leaves textures but I noticed that there is this brown line in one of the corners for the oak leaves.
As for the RP stuff, I have some very rough textures for some of the blocks. I might just throw them all at you and let you sort out what's worth salvaging or not. But I want to polish them up a little bit, at least.
Well, Isabella II is still the same texturepack we know and love. Just gonna have to get used to being able to see in the dark without needing torches, I guess.
I did notice that the corners and outside edges of the screen aren't darkened with Isabella II, which appears to be making a big difference.
Then again, I was always using a customized version of Isabella through the customizer, so that apparent overlay may not have been part of the official version.

The vignette overlay in this version is the same as the one in the customizer. I'll have to double check that it's working properly. I'm not sure why it wouldn't be, though. I don't think they changed how the game handles it.
