Bonemouse is a genius...I fell in love with this pack so very long ago...and if it weren't for my OCD, there would be no mod packs! They just help support my addiction...
I've put together some textures for the the Tomes Mod. I couldn't find the gui for the actual book, but hopefully soon with the help of Pinkemma, I'll be able to find it, and edit it to fit with the rest of the Isabella texture pack!
I hope you enjoy!
Also, let me know if you think the tome looks different enough from the regular minecraft book. Red was the colour I thought might blend the best, but I'm not positive that it's distinguishable.
Hey Bonemouse, I thought you might be interested in throwing these into the customizer.
This is still one of my favorite Texture Packs.
At school I find myself saying...
"I want my Isabella..."
Nobody but me understand what I am talking about.
Well ScottKillen you act as if you own this post and texture pack
Not sure we know each other, friend. But make no mistake: This post's owner and the genius behind Isabella is bonemouse. I take no credit for his work.
If I've led you to believe otherwise, please tell me how to make it clear. Bonemouse deserves all of the credit.
Edit:
If you don't believe me, please check the top of this page. You may notice, right next to the avatar of the balding man it states "Started by bonemouse..."
Hope that helps!
Edit the second:
Another way to tell is view my profile...you will see that this thread does not appear in my profile; however, if you were to view bonemouse' profile you would find it there. This should confirm that he, not I, is the owner.
If I think up any more ways to help you with this, I will post them here for you.
The reason I didn't but hieroglyphics on the sandstone brick textures is...
1) My default sandstone was more natural and I wanted to have textures that could be used in variety of builds to give that "fabricated" look.
2) I made a lot of effort to make sure the textures didn't look too repetitious unless it made sense (ie brick, wood planks). Having the same 3 hieroglyphics repeat over and over directly contradicted this goal.
However, I do agree that bricks with hieroglyphics would be a good option to have in the customizer. Something I would do right now if I weren't utterly burnt out right now.
I would also humbly ask that we cease the arguments.
I love this texture pack. My kids like the bright, over-saturated texture packs, but I find this one works for me and looks great in the creative building projects.
Thanks for getting an update out so soon after 1.2.4. I'm looking forward to some great timber flooring in an upcoming project.
Also, bonemouse, would you accept other's alternatives into your customizer? like on the dokucraft continuation project.
I'm really bad at updating the customizer. It's actually something that I'd consider outsourcing, if I could find a volunteer. But in theory, yes, I do accept submissions for alternates.
