I have just released unofficial Isabella support for the following mods:

Additional Buildcraft Objects
Sneaky Pipes
Laser Mod
Also, thanks to bonemouse' great idea, I have released the first complete Isabella remix, which retextures all of the mods used by direwolf20 in his Let's Play video series. Thank you bonemouse for your great idea and your seeming boundless generosity!
