Now even i am starting to think that making of the update can't take this long.
Again, I know I'm taking a while. But I'm just one person working on this texture pack and I'm not even home right now. I'm practically a continent away from where I live and I need to focus on real life things right now.
I've been trying to add what I can in the free time that I have, but so far that hasn't been much.
Here's the deal. I won't be heading home until February 10th. By then, and I mean 4 days after since planes make me horribly ill, I'll have time to catch the pack up to minecraft's current update.
I have not given up on this pack. I will not stop working on it. I'm just a very slow worker with little time to spend.
Soon meaning in a week or two 'cause I still have a lot more to update and not a lot of time to work.
Also, if 1.2 is released it will be delayed a little longer.
Mushroom texture has tiling issues, I will fix that.
Lilly pads are pretty vibrantly green, I will play with the colors later.
Watermelons still need a new texture.
Glowstone will likely keep it's texture. I was going to change it, but with the redstone lamps coming soon I'll just use the texture I was going to make, for them.
Because cooked pork is Sandvich. Steak will be the Heavy's other meat item, chocolate will be changed into the bar, and chicken is going to become a single drumstick [cooked version might have a little bite taken out of it.]
you have problem with texturing program i saw at blog that posted

?
try to use gimp
There is no way I could ever use gimp.
I despise the program. Plus all of my files are saved and formatted for photoshop.
I just need to be careful and take my time so my computer doesn't permanentely crash.
I know I'm taking longer than a lot of you would like, but I'm juggling between keeping my laptop maintenanced, drawing for money to buy a new computer, researching computer parts for a desktop, and working on this texturepack. I'm just one person. Unless I can get someone to help me by working on things like the mobs and armors, I don't want you guys expecting too much in my next update.
It's a partial update, just enough to play, but it's still buggy and only includes the RED version.
I'm trying to keep the pack up to date. Computer problems have been making it difficult. It's about time someone noticed the update though.

"THE CAKE IS A LIE!" "I ATE THE CAKE!"
No. I've stopped working on the mobs to update the important parts of the pack. I'll release them later when I feel things are more complete.

No, I shouldn't, because there are more important things to focus on right now.

I am still working, but it seems to be taking me longer and longer to complete the most simple of things.
I'm working on it.
This is being done to help me gather a more complete list of what I have to add or anything I am missing.
It still is not ready for a full release, but I am working on it.

The actual armor skins? You'd be interested in that?
I could really use the help there. Do you have any past work I can see?
