I patched Minecraft with the HD Patcher so I could have custom lava and water. Everything patched perfectly, but when I use my texture pack, the lava and water arent changed. How do I fix this?

You know that the HD Patcher isn't updated for 1.4, right?

use patcher 2.0...even with it there is a known bug with custom water/lava that is part of the terrain.png not working
