To install,
Windows Xp: BE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR ORIGINAL FILES IN A FOLDER
1. Press Start
2. Type %appdata%
3. Open .minecraft
4. Open bin
5. Open the WinRAR archive called minecraft
6. Open the texture pack's WinRAR
7. Drag and drop the files and choose replace and best compression method
8. Voila, you have Block's Pack!

Don't hafta...if it's 16x16, just add to the texture pack folder. If you have custom lave/water/portals...use Xau's HD patcher (I do always...saves a headache)
