I'm unable to use HD Texture when Zombe Mods (viewtopic.php?f=25&t=96815) are installed. Is there any way this can work with it or shall I ask Zombe/Tanzanite to make it compatible?
I'm using Zombe's mods with it just fine...try reinstalling from a fresh jar and patch first.
I'm having trouble using this on mac, mainly because when I put texture packs in the folder, nothing except the original look for minecraft shows up to select in game. I was able to use the old version of this easily but here i'm only presented with the original and output options, no choice to patch a texture pack in.
Before anyone says it, no mac does not have a bin folder. I located the texturepacks folder in library>application support>minecraft, however no matte what I try, I can never get more then the default to show in-game. Also when I click on go to folder in-game, nothing happens.
Can't seem to get water animated, it always looks like that.
wat do
nevermind, still lava is unanimated too. But flowing lava/water/portal animations are fine. But water looks like it does above. Still water doesn't animate at all. It also doesn't do that on the other texture pack I use.

make sure the texture pack is not zipped in a folder..that's been a common problem..and I believe there is an answer for the problem opening the folder in the thread somewhere.

i downloaded the beta and hit the "patch" button it loaded until the 96% and then the error comes out and this is what i got in my Log... help please :sad.gif:
When I try to patch the texture pack i downloaded it doesn't work. It says
"Invalid or Corrupt jar
There was an error opening minecraft.jar. This may be because:
- You selected the launcher jar and not the main mincraft.jar in the bin folder.
-The file has already been patched.
- There was an update that this patcher cannot handle.
- There is another, conflicting mod applied.
-The jar file is invalid or corrupt
You can re-download the original minecraft.jar by using the Force Update button in the Minecraft Launcher."
I even tried re-installing all of minecraft but nothing seems to work.

double click the jar file and then click patch...place texture packs in minecraft texture pack folder and choose it in in game menu to load it... been covered on this thread a bunch of times already.
and to the impatient ones... reposting won't make anyone help you faster..if you posted an error report wait for the devs to look it over and give you an official answer.

Could you post a link with a zip of the class files this patches? Or dose this alter key game components that cant be posted?
After patching, the Patch Summary tab shows a list of classes that were modified. I can't post the .class files themselves for copyright reasons.

Not sure what's going on here. The patcher doesn't even modify gp.class. Please post the entire log. Also please keep in mind that I can't really look at or reply to bug reports during the day when I'm at work.

Don't select the texture pack as the input file! The input file should be minecraft.jar or minecraft-<version>.jar. Perhaps I should add a check so that only .jar files are accepted here.
You shouldn't have to do anything but start the patcher and click Patch. Then select your texture pack in game using the Mods and Texture Packs menu.

I seem to be having a much more difficult time with this then I was hoping. Do you need to repatch when you add a mod?
EDIT: Seems to be Nandonalt's WallClock causing me trouble. Hmm >_>
I'm gonna take a wild guess based on the name of the mod and say it's probably not going to work because the WallClock class is too similar to the game's Watch class. Normally, I recommend installing other mods and then running the patcher, but in your case it might work better if you do it the other way around.
