from everything I have seen thus far, the better grass issue is a compatibility problem with modloader. use the stand alone better grass with the modloader fix.


edit: the patcher version works for me with modloader and 10 other mods.. but a lot of people have issues with it.

So what exactly do I have to do?

just thought about it.. are you using a pack that has biome colors or does it have a green grass texture? that could be the problem.

It greys out the grass block EVEN for the default graphics. I might get BetterEr grass.

as i look back, a few others are having the same issue.... i tried disabling the better grass. to no avail....

i wish i knew what i was doingg wrong... if im doing anything wrong at all..

would you be willing to test the most recent rezfx to see if it works for you?

only thing I can suggest is deleting your bin folder and starting with a fresh minecraft install. patch before mods..blah..blah.

there is no reason why you would only crash using a certain pack.(unless your system can't handle it)

ive renewed my bin. i use the patcher. it works on the default minecraft perfectly. then when i switch over to rezcraft, it takes a while to load. then it freezes, the screen turns black, and it crashes.

that didnt happen with the previous version of this patcher.

my computer runs the pack just fine. and i dont use mods. ive even disabled the bettergrass mod this comes with.

A shame this version of better grass included in the patcher wont work with modloader.
do you plan on fixing this, after the standalone bettergrass with the compability patch wont be updated anymore?

Any idea why tools sometimes duplicate themselves visually?


I would assume it's an MCPatcher issue, but it seems to only happen in High Resolution packs.
I hadn't noticed it in Doku's pack (32x32), but I have in LB Photo Realism 256x256 and Misa's 64x64.

How can we give you any help if we don't know which modifications you are using?

Guys. I have minecraft 1.5_01. (Obviously) And the mods, TooManyItems, SinglePlayer Commands. Mo's Creatures. And More Creeps And Weirdos and lot's of stuff from them in my worlds..... Is this compatable with them? And do I have to uninstall all of them before installing this? Please reply as quickly as possable..
10 Of my favorite blocks if you do! I also have ModLoader and AudioMod. Obviously since I have Mo's and Creeps. 5 Notches meening I edited it!
