lol..I no nothing about hamachi..is that some sort of sashimi. Or a very small barbeque?
an outdoor gazebo?
a carpet cleaner?
it's a virtual lan on the net basically... what people use when they cant figure out how to forward ports properly to let people connect to their comp... or are on a network that's locked down, like at school etc.... but it's not really very stable, and buggy as hell on a good day from my experience with it.
Do the files for the custom animated water and portal need their own alpha channels or will they be made translucent by the patcher? I assume the former.
I've tried installing the pack here: viewtopic.php?f=1021&t=333470 .
What I do, is I download the latest patcher for my OS, which is Mac. And I run the patcher after downloading it, I will even delete my minecraft folder before doing that. Afterwards, I drag the .zip for that texture pack into the texture pack folder in the minecraft folder. It appears on the 'select a texture pack' screen as grey. But even still when I mouse over it, it doesn't tell me any conflictions.
Any ideas?
didn't check it...but make sure it isn't zipped in a folder
Thanks jeffreylec I am using it at the moment but the problem is that the modloader versions of wildgrass do not spawn lily pads and vines. Only the client version does... and I really want them to spawn naturally instead of placing them everywhere myself. I'm hoping the maker of wildgrass notices this and fixes the modloader versions soon.
I have an interesting problem. I just patched the game, and when i copy a texture pack to my texturepack folder, the game crashes. Its not even selected yet.

Curse Premiumedit: @Kahr: thanks for adding those btw!
This way I won't have to move the files into the Jar file.

Curse Premiumthe patcher is for hd textures...not mods. and as wild grass is constantly changing it would have to be updated in the patcher constantly.

No true... you just can't use the patcher version of bettergrass. You need the modloader version with the compatibility patch.
use this compatibility
