I play on a server for 1.7.2 and would like to have a texture pack, but havent been able to do to this, anyone know a way to help me out?

Use the latest version of MCPatcher. I'm running 1.7.4 with it without any issues, so I'm certain that it works.
Damn. Is that, or something sim'ler, something that might be added in the (not necessarily near) future?
The question of random paintings and biome-specific paintings gets brought up from time to time and I'm not sure if Kahr has ever officially weighed in on the subject. The fact is that paintings have more in common with mobs than with blocks (both mobs and paintings being entities) so it's possible this could eventually become an extension of RandomMobs. And no, it doesn't work currently; partly because paintings are stored differently than other entity textures.

I have been looking through the options and I cannot find what you are talking about. I really need to increase the amount of RAM that is being used.
The game crashes with an out of memory error or I get white boxes in place of some of the textures.
This mainly happens with 32-bit OSes and 256x texture packs, but there are things you can try:
If you are running a 64-bit OS, download the 64-bit version of Java. Select the version for your OS here.. The first few lines of the patcher log tell you what version of Java you are running.
In the patcher options panel, there are options to set the Java heap and direct memory sizes. If you are running 32-bit, decrease the value to 512. If you are running 64-bit, try increasing it to 2048 or 3072. Note: This setting only affects the Test Minecraft button
Okay, wow, just downloaded MC patch 4.3.2 and used it to patch a fresh copy of 1.7.5, but even on a brand new world my game crashes as soon as I start minecraft. Help?
I'm having problems with my new random ctm'd 'grass_side_overlay' since updating to MC 1.7.5 using MCPatcher 4.3.2. The grass overlay has just completely disappeared!
It worked beautifully with MC 1.7.4 and MCPatcher 4.3.1_01 and here's what it looks like with that particular profile combination:
Funnily enough it works fine with snapshot 14w08a too using MCPatcher 4.3.2, but didn't work with snapshot 14w05b with the appropriate patch, which was the last snapshot I worked with.
In the case of my 14w05b snapshot, my random 'grass_side_overlay' textures were ignored and the default 'minecraft/textures/blocks single grass_side_overlay texture was used instead!
As it worked fine in 1.7.4 and works fine with snapshot 14w08a I'm assuming there's something different about the way MCPatcher works with 1.7.5. and nothing majorly wrong with my .properties file. Am I right in thinking your latest version 4.3.2 does patch both 1.7.5 and snapshot 14w08a...as two separate patched profiles of course?
Although I can edit stuff in 14w08a, I'd still like to be able to edit stuff using 1.7.5 too if at all possible.
I'm using MCPatcher on a forge modded survival world and I've run into some problems with BuildCraft. The pump and quarry arms aren't showing up properly. I've got HD textures for the mod as well but even without the HD textures this still happens.

This is working for me in 4.3.2. Are you still having the problem after updating?
I have a problem, where if I use MCpatcher in any way, with any combo of mods, I can't use resource packs. They just try loading, but don't become applied! Any idea what's happening? I really want to use this on my new computer, but I can't figure out the problem myself!
Something weird has been going on with MCPatcher recently. When I try to test Minecraft out, this happens:
The last thing it says is "Minecraft exited with status 1". What's status 1? And when I actually play Minecraft, nothing is patched and the sounds and textures are still the same as vanilla. This has never happened before in any previous version of MCPatcher. Why now? What is this supposed to mean?

Here's what it's supposed to look like.
Any Ideas on what's causing the issue?
Putting the CENDENT back in transcendent!
Fixed.
Kind of hard to help without a crash log.
Fixed.
This is working for me in 4.3.2. Are you still having the problem after updating?
Can't reproduce this, but I may know where the problem is.
The bug you reported was fixed a day later.
If it helps, this especially happens when sugar cane grows.
