Ik right...
I ran a series testes trying various, configs...
MC Patcher (I use all but the better grass mod) by itself seems to be fine....
I add in Mod loader and the CTM (Connected Textures Mod seems to flail about making a real! bad! mess of connecting textures... some
like the glass blocks on a ceiling/roof layout were all messed up looking like it was messing with and displaying non related terrain.png data....
I use Macros/Keybind(which uses Light Loader in the Jar) and Rei's Minimap
and the Texture Pack's I have been using have the ctm.png..
Coterie Craft (v3.0.0)(mc-v1.3.1)(16x).zip
Ovo - Rustic - Redemption - Community Flavor(v2.0)(mc-v1.3.1)(64x).zip
ALL of the mods I have are fully up to date. and it only started with the latest version of MC Patcher.. BUT when I re did all of my back support jars reusing v2.4.2 of MC Patcher it was all still there.... it made NO SENSE at all ;_;
That and the Debug option..

I have taken a series of Screen shots detailing what I have seen as issues Kahr if your ok pm me with a email or some way to quickly upload these png images to you so you can analyze them
After I had logged in to the smp server I play on just after the latest update...
my place was a CTM hell....
I figured out that it was the two panes of glass with nothing blows directly below them...
two blocks above my Lava (two-block) Recycling pit(housed with a Obsidian base )
so I put two spare sandstone blocks that were in my hand under those two glass panes and Walla the CTM hell disappeared
so as soon as I can get these Minecraft-Screenshots.png to you Kahr the better I hope it can help you to fix CTM included with MC Patcher or at least pass it on
Do you think you can make a birchleaves.png that goes in the misc folder so people can have custom birch leaf texture to be different than normal leaves?

You see that green button with the plus? You dont have to click it, and I am not gonna force you to do it.
Is it possible for the water splash particles to be uncolored? They're not supposed to be in vanilla, but they turn blue when custom colors is installed.
This has nothing to do with MCPatcher or optifine, it's messed up because Mojang changed the format of zombie.png in the new snapshots from 64x32 pixels to 64x64 pixels for no good reason. Blame Dinnerbone for that !
This zombie skin issue brakes downward-compatibility of all texturepacks, if not fixed. So, if you are on Twitter, now would be a good time to bombard Dinnerbone with "FIX ZOMBIE SKINS" tweets ...
Dude. They changed it for the villager zombie heads. Don't spam Dinnerbone over this. All it takes is 30 seconds in an image editing program to fix.
I can't figure out the issue. I THOUGHT I did everything it asked me to but when I go to the texture pack menu in Minecraft to upload the MCPatcher it wouldn't show up
Many poeple have problems with modloader and say dont use Mcpatcher.
I just say when mods dont work with Mcpatcher it is moste time because mods are not well done .
Most time some mod are copying classes over other other classes and moder just say put my mod firste rather than find a better
solution or just say its someother modders fault.
M1.3.x seems have lot of problems wait for hell of 1.4.x
Until we have MC1.3.2 her a rude but working solution for some modloader problems.
MCpatcher is not only a patch tool but also a nice tool to dicover conflict between mods . Just take a look in folder "Patch summary" to see which classes where copyied or which one is making problem when patching is abored.
With modloader there is a big one: avg.class overiding class in orther mod (in this case optifine)
I have not found a good decompiler to see whats behind this class cause i just start to learn java
(Have made programms in Pascal and C 15 years ago).
But have read somewhere this class is not really usefull.
So made a rude thing: i just deleted it from modloader.zip and made a backup.
And magic !!! Now all my mods working now with optifine mod and with MCpachter.
This does no mean that all mod with modload are going to work , but can lead you to problem or solution who are making work or crash minecraft.
I have the latest snapshot (12w34b) with Linux OpenSuSE aspargus and connected textures is no longer working. Last time it worked it was on mc 1.3.2. Help?
I have no idea if this has been addressed before, but I patched with everything but better grass and now MC does not work. I log in and then get a black screen. I'm running the latest version of MineCraft on a Windows 7 with a very nice nVidea graphics card (I forgot the details of the card and cannot find them at the moment) and have used the version of the patcher that's in the first post. Would there be a way to reverse/fix this?

Please fix.
When Better Sky is enabled I'm getting the black screen of Minecraft Death
It isn't a problem with norton, there is a trojan stuck on both files (for windows anyway).
Needs reuploading.
Also check me out on:
WordPress, Etsy, and Spore.
This is the problem I have. Both the exe and the jar have trojans on them, as my Webroot SecureAnywhere flags and deletes the file.

I'm currently using MC v1.3.2 and its not working for me either.. more or less.. its mega Glitching where it will try to connect one corner of a texture some distance away (not physically connected, nor of the same type block...)
See my post her for the details on what I posted about it...
