I tried this new updated patcher version and whenever I try to click on any other pack while in game, or change to it. The game just doesn't select it or hangs up and unfreezes a few seconds later whenever I do. Any ideas on this one?
I was using this texture fine for a few days, but then something happened inbetween switching from gamemode1 and now whenever I load up the texture pack some of my items and my armours have white blocks. When I hold one of these white blocks it looks like I'm carrying a white square.... does anyone know what the issue is and how to fix it?
I've been having trouble that any mod at all, including ModLoader seems to cause a crash, without the log saying that anything went wrong, which is slightly annoying. I haven't tested it without Connected Textures, but the Connected Textures is kinda the reason why I'm patching it...
Hmmhm, so I've decided to update my WIP texture pack to include CTM. Problem is, can't seem to get it to work.
Ive patched with the newest version of Mcpatcher that includes it, picked the option, patched, and included a ctm.png with some random colors and shapes to see if any of them showed up, but it still shows the default textures as without ctm.png.
Also tried a pack that has a ctm.png of it's own, but that one doesn't show up either.
This just me, or am I doing something horribly wrong here?

If you're using Millenaire, Better Than Wolves, or anything else that requires Forge, that's the problem. Forge is incompatible with CTM, as both modify the same base class. I've been searching for a compatibility patch, but no luck yet.
I don't know where to ask a question like this, so I'm throwing it out there here. I dislike how tall grass is never centered on the block. It's always hanging over cause it doesn't cross in the center. Is there anything you could do about this? or point me to a mod that addresses this. I've been looking around, but haven't found anything yet.

i have a mod called powercraft i added it to my mods and i notice that one of the object that you place down is all grey no design likes its suppose to have
i expirmented and its the connected textures that causes this problem because when i unslected its fine but when i select it its fine
Can there be like Custom Languages? For example, in a texture pack, there would be a language.lang file. It would be inside the texture pack zip. It would be more convenient to switch to texture pack and language together than going and manually change the language.
This isn't working for me. I try patching it and it won't fix the water fire and other things that use this. Why the hell won't it work anyone able to help me out?

The problem is, the result is that the HD texture I use still display the same way when it was unpatched, but that's not the biggest problem.
All the mob skins are invisble... what can I do about this conflict between the patcher and MCForge?

I don't know what your particular problem is, as you didn't name the mod. However, Millenaire's instructions tell you to rerun MCPatcher after installing Millenaire and Forge. I would try that, or better yet, install Forge via MCpatcher, not on its own.
It is, however, painfully obvious that the MCPatcher developer is gone, or at least not paying attention. There is a known incompatibility with MCPatcher and Forge. A problem which does not exist in Optifine, but that means little. They use different hacked versions of CTM.
I'm running into serious issues using MC Patcher with Ships and Boats mod and Thaum Craft. Apparently Thaumcraft breaks the ability to use HD textures, and S&B has a similar issue I believe. I love how easy Patcher is to use and makes trying out new mods a breeze, so is there anyway to fix this, and is there any info I could provide to help fix this?

So we're screwed on CTM. Millenaire is the only thing that makes Minecraft an actual game, and it requires Forge.
Nope, for sure there's no virus in it, blame your AV.
Anyway, if you feel more secure, please, just download the java version.
