Okay, so I just downloaded DokuCraft, but the lava, the fire, and the netherrack were all messed up. I realized I forgot to patch Minecraft, so I downloaded the patcher and pressed patch. Yet, the lava, the fire, and the netherrack are still messed up. Any help?
Okay, nevermind-- I figured it out. I forgot to check the boxes for "HD Textures." I feel pretty stupid now. -__-
I had to fix the glyph_00 and it worked. But you need a texture pack with (all) fonts. Maybe it works when you rename the default.png to glyph_00.png
I've done that already. I have the glyph_00.png and the properties file for it, but the font still looks the same. I just figured he hasn't added hd support to the new glyph images.
Just a quick question
Is it possible to use the current mcpatcher with an old or mcnostalgia'd jar?
Or do I have to navigate and find the right old one (Could you please label what versions they were made for, btw?)
Im having a MAJOR problem with this heres the thing it gave me

I Can't delete my .minecraft file because it gives me "this file is being used by another person or program please close it and try again" i have nothing open and now i cant use the MCPatcher....or any other mods what am i gonna do? restarting my computer dont help i get stuck in the same place even if i do delete the file REdownload MC and use the patch i get that same Error both both the log and the "please close any programs useing it" -.-
Sorry for the rant seems re Downloading MCpatcher fixed my problem and again sorry ._. tbh I just guested on reDLing it
Bah still cant install mods tho
Hey! I'm having the exact same problem! It got really REALLY frustrating, so I googled my problem and tracked back to your comment. I'll try re-downloading the mcpatcher... But I think you should try opening task manager and seeing if there is a program running. THEN END IT'S LIFE!!! oh and could you tell me if you can't delete anything from the (or the whole of) minecraft.jar? BTW, I on the other hand had no luck even finding the task manager... hope you have better luck!...

hm, I switched to Pirate and it worked with the new glyph_00 (and patcher 2.3.5_01). But the properties are missing, so the letters were cut off.
Maybe you should delete all MCPatcher files and get the newest version.
Now it works, thanks. Except that even with the properties files my letters are still cut off. I'm using Misa's Pirate font by the way, I'll try redownloading it to see if it helps.
The latest version of this does not work with zombemod. Everything installs correctly and throws no errors but the mod does not work. I can only use it if I completely remove MC Patcher. PLEASE fix I rely on MC Patcher.
Getting alot of issues with any sort of mods that I install before or after I use the MCPatcher, starting from a fresh jar and starting to add mods makes the HD Textures support greyed out.
I tried a fresh jar with modloader and forge, upto modloader the HD Texture option is fun, when forge is added, everything but the HD Font option is greyed out, and if I apply MCPatcher before adding any mods (Tested with only HD Font and HD Texture options applied before adding them), once I add forge in, when I switch texture pack minecraft goes blank, a bit later I get a black screen.
this has never happened to me in the previous versions I remember applying MCPatcher with forge and the only options that were greyed out were custom colors, Better grass, random mobs, HD fonts and HD Textures were fine.
are you sure it's not the problem with the version of the program itself, something must've changed with the new version that made it incompatible with forge?
I'm gonna mess around with this a bit, see if I can get it fixed for myself, I think I may know what my problem is.
No good, I thought I may of had a folder I forgot to delete or remnants of an older version, but that wasn't the case. no idea why it started messing up with forge since 1.2.5.

Rather than installing Mods after McPatcher, install them with it, try taking a look at the installing other mods section

This was supposed to be a witty signature, but then it got lost somewhere.
Would it be possible to include a mod that allowes for multiple sign post skins, like the random mobs mod?

Edit- No, still no luck.
